Welcome back, readers. When you think of the most influential cities in the world of fashion, there are only four you can name. These are New York City, Paris, London, and Milan. Some would also add Tokyo, and I definitely would too. But it’s generally agreed that those 4 are the fashion capitals of the industry right now. This stems from the amount of influence each city has provided for the world of fashion. It’s undeniable that the big 4 play a huge part in the clothes we wear today.

So in this article, we will be covering one of the big 4 fashion capitals of the world. We will be discussing two things. Firstly, how London has influenced fashion as a whole. Secondly, some of London’s contributions to the industry as well as streetwear too.
This is part one of the four-part series of the fashion capitals of the world. And to start this series off, let’s take a look at one city that holds a special place in my heart, London.
